These goblets may not be fit for kings, but neither is Makrana, a small dusty town in Rajasthan. The only thing going for it is marble&mdashand it&rsquos all over the place. In fact, it seems to be the only thing they sell. When you&rsquore done looking at ant-size figure rappel hundreds of feet into the marble mines around town, head to some of the shops. They sell everything from marble thrones and intricate inlay table-tops, to gothic marble sofa-sets, and these heavy marble goblets (Rs 100 for a pair). If nothing else, the sheer exertion of lifting them will make your drink last longer.
