Party bells ring in when we talk about Goa. Casinos, beach shacks, lip smacking food and alcohol is what makes Goa a tourist destination thronged by the masses every year. There seems to be no off season for Goa. 

Adding to the already celebratory feels of the city, the all new Mopa International Airport will house casinos, hotels as well as a shopping plaza. The first phase of the airport that is set to be completed next year and it will have a casino that will be accessible to only passengers though. The airport will also have eco resorts and a shopping plaza within the premises.

The move will let people travelling to and from Goa to enjoy what the city offers within the airport premises. However, casino fanatics are disappointed as they won&rsquot be allowed access. The disappointment also comes after six offshore casino ships are to be relocated from Mandovi river.

The Mopa International Airport will be the new destination for travellers keeping in view the distance from the city. This airport will be located in North Goa at an accessible distance from the city unlike Dabolim Airport which is located near Vasco da Gama. Reaching your accommodation in either North or South Goa from Dabolim Airport will take a minimum of 45 minute drive.

The next time you land in Goa, your party is set to begin right at the airport.
