Getting friendly with the monsoon fauna

Learn about nature at these BNHS special monsoon camps

Mumbai-based nature conservation organisation, BNHS-India is holding two special monsoon camps, one at Matheran (August 8-9, 2015) and the other at Malshej Ghat (22-23 August, 2015). Both the places are easily reached from Mumbai. The herpetofauna camp in Matheran will acquaint you with various kinds of frogs, snakes and geckos while the Malshej Ghat camp will acquaint you with moths and other insects. Besides, at both places, you are likely to see birds and smaller mammals as you walk along the scenic hill sides.
