Good news has been few and far between in these times of pandemic crisis. But here is something drool-worthy, if you are a home chef or a passionate foodie who loves to whip up a new recipe ever now and then. There is a brand new cookbook series from The UTSA Libraries (part of US-based University of Texas San Antonio) which contains recipes from its Mexican Cookbook Collection.
