Purushwadi, about 180km from Mumbai, is a little-known tribal village. An organization called Grassroutes has been promoting village and eco tourism here. For the benefit of visitors, Grassroutes has been conducting a Firefly Festival here annually in summer. This year, the festival will be held from May 23 to July 6.
