Kerala is sharpening its edge not just as a tourism destination, but as a global epicentre for wellness, sustainability, and traditional healing. When the International Ayurveda and Wellness Conclave 2026 unfolds in Kozhikode from February 2 to 3, the dialogue will extend beyond treatments and retreats. Organised by the department of tourism, government of Kerala, alongside the Ayurveda Promotion Society, the conclave reflects a broader shift in how health, travel, culture, and sustainability intersect internationally.
