Engage in a Digital Readership While at Home

So what if you can't meet your book club physically

Engage with a reader community digitally during this lockdown

While most of us would not have imagined being at home like this under a lockdown, we can&rsquot deny the ample time we have at our hands for trying out new stuff or engaging in old hobbies that we&rsquove missed out on.

During this lockdown, many others have learnt a skill or two, but most of us have gone back to reading. We might not be able to debate and discuss with our book club members physically. However, Roli Books has come up with a solution to keep the reading community engaged and engrossed, digitally.

The reader community can engage on their social media platforms and join renowned authors for a discussion. Right from culture to sports, you will have an array of topics to choose from.

Their line-up so far has had William Dalrymple, famed for The City of Djinns, Vir Sanghvi as well as Alan Wilkins. Their sessions are spread across their various social media handles and include discussions at the end of the sessions.

Their line-up for the April 3 includes Kashyap Deorah talking about &lsquoStartups in the context of Covid-19&rsquo. And on April 6, Sunetra Choudhary will talk about &lsquoBlack Warrant and the recent hangings at Tihar&rsquo. More details can be looked up on their social media handle.
