Cygnett Hotels To Develop 219-Room Resort In Shahapur, Maharashtra

Located in Thane district, Shahapur offers a landscape of green countryside, the Sahyadri foothills and nearby water bodies. Its road and rail connectivity to the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, as well as access to Thane and the Navi Mumbai International Airport, make it a potential destination for weekend breaks, family holidays and corporate retreats.

The project, he added, will strengthen Cygnett's resort portfolio in Maharashtra, with its room inventory and event facilities catering to a range of hospitality needs.

The partnership with Tilak Builders & Developers is another step in the company's expansion plans.
