Thinking of going to China from India&nbspYou can only if you have had yourself vaccinated with a Chinese-approved COVID-19 vaccine.

Unfortunately, as of yet, there are no Chinese vaccines available in India.

And the Chinese Embassy is yet to specify as how Indians can have access to the Chinese vaccine.

&ldquoFor the purpose of resuming people-to-people exchanges in an orderly manner, starting from March 15 2021, the Chinese Embassy and consulates in India will provide the persons having Chinese made COVID-19 vaccine and holding the certificates of vaccination,&rdquo a notice posted on the Chinese Embassy in New Delhi said.

China had suspended resident permits and valid visas for India travellers from India as well as many other countries since last November last year because of the coronavirus cases. This move has majorly affected 23,000 thousand Indian students, who were studying in universities, especially medical colleges.

As of now, travel restrictions to China would only be eased for those who get the Chinese vaccines. This also applies to people who have to go for employment contracts, work resumption or other activities.

However, as of now, the Chinese vaccine is not yet approved by WHO, so people are skeptical about them.
