A chartered balloon that drifts over the Amber Fort with enchanting views of the Aravali ranges outside Jaipur, or past jaw-dropping cliffs, hidden lakes and deep valleys of the Sahyadris near Lonavla that&rsquos an hour of incredibly tantalising India.
