To celebrate Vietnamese National Week, Blue Ginger in Delhi, is offering a special menu until September 10, 2015. Belonging to Taj Palace, New Delhi, it is the capital&rsquos contemporary Vietnamese restaurant. The Socialist Republic of Vietnam just celebrated its 70th National Day on September 2. In honour of Vietnam&rsquos National Day, Blue Ginger&rsquos Vietnamese chef, Hana, has curated a special menu that will take the diners on a culinary journey through this little-known South East Asian country. Keeping in mind the diversity of Vietnam&rsquos musical heritage&mdashespecially the 50 traditional musical instruments&mdashthe menu is a spectacular symphony of flavours, with signature dishes such as Hu Tieu Sadec, Che Suong Sao Banh Lot or Ca Chem Chung Tuong Hot. The menu, which includes a variety of salads, soups, grills, curries and stir fries, will be liked by those who want to eat healthy. Blue Ginger takes its design cue from the influence of the French-Colonial aesthetics that still suffuse Vietnamese society.
