The exhibition brings together key partners such as Fashion Revolution, the Fashion, Textile and Technology Institute, University of the Arts London, and the United Nations. It features a range of projects and initiatives highlighting innovative approaches to circular design, resource efficiency, and low-carbon production in the textile industry.
Exhibition Highlights
Highlighted projects include:
Circular Khadi: A model for recycling textile waste into new yarn and fabrics, supporting rural artisans and promoting low-carbon production techniques.
BEQUIN: Eco-friendly sequins made from algae and cellulose, providing a sustainable option for the luxury fashion market.
Darn: A platform connecting consumers with skilled garment menders in India, preserving traditional repair techniques and extending the life of clothing.
