Kolkata will have its first ever all-night long public World Cup screening when Latin American giants clash in Brazil

It&rsquos time the Kolkatans get a taste of what cities like Berlin, Sydney and New York brag about during the World Cup season &ndashall night screenings. Yes, for the first time in Kolkata, FIIOB (a 73000-strong members Facebook group &ndash Football Is In Our Blood) is screening matches from dusk to dawn. 

After all special permissions taken and signed, the screenings will take place at the Yogesh Mime Academy auditorium that has been booked for the whole night. The matches to be screened are Brazil vs Chile (930 pm onwards) and Colombia vs Uruguay (130 am onwards). Permissions have also been taken for the fans to spend a couple of more hours after the match ends at around 330am and then find a transport to return home in the morning.

The entry fees, inclusive of dinner, are

College Students - Rs 250

School Students - Rs 200
