WOW Resorts and JW Marriott are set to introduce the JW Marriott Al Marjan Island Resort & JW Marriott Residences Al Marjan Island. This venture marks WOW Resorts' entry into the UAE, with plans for further properties in Asian markets. Upon completion, this addition to Marriott International's luxury collection, valued at USD 1.3 billion (INR 130 crores), establishes a significant presence on Ras Al Khaimah's Al Marjan Island—a favoured destination for tourists and investors. The island's thriving real estate market and waterfront appeal have attracted global investors, making it a sought-after location for profitable investments. Designed by acclaimed architects from Los Angeles and Dubai, the property is set to make a notable mark.

The launch event in the UAE saw WOW CEO and founder Bhupender aka Bruce Patel, a first-generation Indian-American, joined by Marriott International representatives and Arch. Abdulla Al Abdouli, CEO of Marjan.

This is a prime investment destination in the region and key markets like India.
