Potterheads, hold tightly on to your seat belts because this new ride is set to take you on an adventure of a lifetime. Soon, Universal Orlando Resort's long anticipated Hagrid themed roller coaster will officially open at Universal's Island of Adventure. Named Hagrid's Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure, you can interact with some of creatures mentioned by Rowling throughout the series. As of now, we can confirm that pixies from the Chamber of Secrets are part of this attraction.

Opening on June 13, guests can ride on a motorcycle or a sidecar- similar to the one Hagrid used to carry Harry to the Dursleys when the latter was just a child. This brand new roller coaster will be one of the three Harry Potter rides at the Universal Orlando Resort. Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey and the Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts are the other two. The earlier is a broom ride through Hogwarts bringing you face-to-face with dementors while the latter takes you through the intertwining and confusing tunnels of the winzarding bank, Gringotts.

Speculations are buzzing around that Hagrid himself will probably grace the ride erected as a tribute to him. But, sadly, Buckbeak the Hippogriff will not be a part of this Hagrid themed rollercoaster. You'll need a park-to-park ticket to visit both ends of the park and more importantly, if you want to take a ride on the replica of the Hogwarts Express.
