For a city known for its nightlife and snazzy dining scene throbbing in its swanky hotels and malls and breathtaking architectural delights, it's only natural that one wait for its much-vaunted food festival with bated breath. And that wait is over now&mdashthe Dubai Food Festival is here to take you through the city's pulsating culinary accomplishments, from high-end dining to creative food concepts and undiscovered delights and tantalising up-and-comers. So, get those lips smacking already.

This 24-day-long celebration of food will kick off tomorrow, that is March 25, and run until April 17&mdashthe first event of its kind to be held ever since the pandemic broke out last year. The Emirate has been actively pursuing strategies and measures to revive tourism and industry while also controlling the ongoing contagion&mdashin fact, only last month, Dubai launched one of the world's largest waterparks.

This year, the much-awaited annual event is focusing on authentic and homegrown culinary delights, unique eateries and dining experiences, gastronomic diversity and value-for-money fare. For over three weeks, the city will buzz with events, chef's tables and collaborations, masterclasses and lucrative offers on staycations and dineouts. One highlight visitors are absolutely psyched about is the Dubai Restaurant Week where over 30 restaurants in the city will come up with limited-edition menus for foodies and gourmands.
