Among its features, the guide included anonymous reviews of European restaurants, emphasizing the quality, flavour, culinary expertise, and uniqueness of the dishes. Today, these stars have become a symbol of excellence in fine dining, esteemed by both renowned chefs and discerning restaurant-goers worldwide.
