IGIA authorities are apparently extremely pleased at this compliment, despite rising costs to the customer. Meanwhile, Seoul&rsquos Incheon International Airport has inched up from third place last year to rule the world, leapfrogging over favourites, Singapore Changi and Hong Kong. In this overall ranking, Delhi, placed 62nd &mdash way behind Bangkok, for example, at 25 &mdash is set to post a loss of Rs 9-10 billion. A 334% hike in airport charges, approved by the government but yet to kick in, may not be sufficient to pull the airport back in the black.
