Valentine's Day Special Try These Cocktails At Home

In the mood for love and cocktails Bar-hopping on Valentine&rsquos Day can be a hectic affair. Clubs are crowded and drink orders are slow. If this is not your idea of a perfect Valentine&rsquos, there is another way to enjoy a fiery drink. 

This Valentine&rsquos Day, bring out your cocktail kit and serve love with a hint of raspberry and lime.

Lone Wolf X Valentine

30 ml Gin 

10 ml spiced apricot syrup 

Lemon juice 

Egg white 

Ice

Lone Wolf Beer 

Method&nbspIn a cocktail shaker without ice, combine 30 ml of gin, 10 ml of spiced apricot syrup, 15 ml of simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, and one egg white. Shake vigorously for at least 15 seconds. Add ice and shake again to chill the drink. Double strain it into a 250 ml glass and top it with Lone Wolf Beer.

Skull X

Old Glory / Kingsley New York

8-10 Blueberries

50ml Skull X vodka

25ml Fresh lemon juice 

25ml Simple syrup

25-50 ml Pinot Noir

Method&nbspMuddle the blueberries at the bottom of the glass and add ice. Shake the Skull X vodka, simple syrup and fresh lemon juice. Strain this mixture into a glass and top it with blueberries. 

Rosy Delight by&nbspTkyo Goa

60 ml White rum

15 ml Triple sec

60 ml Orange juice

20 ml Coconut syrup

12.5 ml Lime juice

20 ml Apple Cider Vinegar

One Basil leaf

One Cardamon 

Method&nbspStart with White rum. Add triple sec, orange juice, coconut syrup, lime juice and apple cider vinegar with a basil leaf and cardamon. Mix it well and add 60 ml of milk to clarify. Use a coffee filter for this mixture. Strain into an old-fashioned glass with a clear ice cube and garnish with a heart-shaped matcha tea tuile.

Rose Strome by Sushil Dhanai, Mixologist, Cafe Delhi Heights 

2 Oz Gin

1/2 Oz Raspberry syrup

1/2 Oz Lime juice

Ginger ale

Rosewater

Method&nbspFill the glass with ice. Add gin, syrup, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker and fill 3/4 with ice. Shake until chilled, about 12 seconds. Strain into the glass and top with ginger ale. Garnish with a raspberry, an edible rose and a sprig of mint. 

Skinny X

Three parts Skinny Witch Brut DOCG Prosecco

One part Skull X vodka

Elderflower syrup to taste

Method Shake the Skull X vodka and the elderflower syrup and strain them into a glass. Top it with Skinny Witch Brut DOCG Prosecco. Garnish with berries.

45 ml Sky Vodka 

15 ml X Rated FusionLiquor  

2 Bar spoon chocolate

Method&nbspMix all the ingredients and shake them well. Pour it into a glass and garnish with rose petals. 

Tonic by the Beach

60ml Gin/Vodka

60ml Jimmy&rsquos® Sex on the Beach Mixer

90ml Jimmy&rsquos® Tonic Water

Orange Wedge for Garnish

Method Fill a Highball or Collins Glass with ice then add Gin or Vodka. Add Jimmy&rsquos® Sex on the Beach Mixer and Jimmy&rsquos® Tonic Water. Stir well and add orange wedge for garnish

Sweetheart Cocktail by Ratneesh&nbspKumar, Senior Bar Executive, SAGA, Gurugram

Vodka - 60 ml
Fresh Strawberry - 3 pcs
Fresh Cranberry - &nbsp5 pcs
Lemon juice - 15 ml
Peach Snap - 15 mlSplash of Tonic

Method Pour all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker then&nbspshake well and strain in Coupe Glass and garnish with Red Rose Flower Petals.  

Pink lady by Chef Vaibhav Bhargava, Partner, CHO- Vietnamese Kitchen & Bar, New Delhi

Bacardi- 60ml
Pineapple juice- 90 ml
Sugar syrup- 20ml
Lime juice- 15ml
2 drops of grenadine syrup.
Glass  - Coupe
Method - Shaken
Garnish - Pineapple leave, Cherry and Edible flower.

Method Pour all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker then shake well and strain in Coupe Glass and garnish with Cherry, pineapple leaves and edible Flower.
