If you&rsquore hosting a quiet dinner or planning to raise the roof with a fun taash party, there is no better day to get your bartending gloves on and prepare these cocktails to amp up the festive mood. Classic and easy to make, these concoctions will add a zing to your long weekend celebrations.

Mojito 

Ingredients 60ML White Rum 120ML BACARDÍ MIX&rsquoR &ndash Mojito 60ML Soda Water Sprig of mint leaves

Preparation Mix your favourite White Rum (or chilled water) with BACARDÍ MIX&rsquoR &ndash Mojito flavour. Add a splash of soda to top up and garnish with lemon wedges & a sprig of mint leaves.

Jameson, Ginger and Lime

Ingredients 50 ml Jameson Irish Whiskey Ginger Ale Large wedge of lime

Preparation Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour in a shot of Jameson. Top up the glass with a good quality bottled ginger ale. Stir to briefly mix. Take a large wedge of lime, give it a squeeze, and drop it into the glass. Roughly 1 part Jameson to 3 parts ginger ale, and all parts refreshing.

Cosmopolitan

Ingredients 40 ml Absolut Citron 20 ml Triple Sec 20 ml Lime Juice 20 ml Cranberry Juice 1 Twist Orange Zest Ice Cubes

Preparation Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange zest twist.

Tom Collins

Ingredients  45ml Monkey 47 Schwarzwald Dry Gin 20ml Lemon Juice 20ml Simple Syrup

Preparation Build with ice into a collins glass. Stir well and top with Soda Water. Garnish with lemon and orange wheel.

Classic G&ampT

Ingredients&nbsp45ml gin  90ml Jimmy&rsquos Tonic Water mix Lime wedge

Preparation&nbspIn a glass filled with ice, mix the above ingredients and stir well. Garnish with lime wedge and serve.
