Every dish on the sumptuous menu is crafted from traditional recipes that have been cherished and passed down through generations. These age-old recipes are not just any dishes but special delicacies, curated and cared for over the years with love and attention. A true treasure of the Shetty household, who have honed their mastery of these dishes through years of experience, the showcase is a celebration of India's culinary gems.
 
Each dish on the menu is expertly prepared with exceptional attention and love, resulting in a culinary experience that's truly unforgettable. Executive Chef Sukesh Kanchan shares, "We are thrilled to showcase our rich culture and traditions through this gastronomical journey where we present a few dishes from our vast diversity of cultures. These myriad dishes are unique and celebrate the local produce of those regions from where they belong. We feel blessed to be trained under the able aegis of Mrs Asha Shetty, the consort of Mr K Prakash Shetty, founder of the MRG Group, and are honoured to bring these recipes to the forefront." 
 
On The Menu
Start off your gastronomic adventure with the Neitha Kori, where chicken chunks are expertly pan-tossed with authentic spices and clarified butter, or the Mushroom Varuval, featuring fresh mushrooms deep-fried and pan-tossed with South Indian spices and finished with nuts and curry leaves. For a spicy kick, savour the Mamsa Menasinakalu Saaru, made from reduced lamb stock with pungent pepper and spices, or the Nuggekai Soup, a spiced drumstick broth that warms your soul.
The main course dishes are equally irresistible, including the Mangalorean Fish Curry, where fresh kingfish is cooked to perfection in Mangalorean spices with a coconut base curry, and the Nuggekai Pulimunchi, featuring tender drumsticks cooked in a traditional pullimunchi masala. The culinary extravaganza doesn't end there&ndashindulge in the Nei Choru, where Kaima rice is cooked with flavorful spices and clarified butter, or the Elaneer Payasam, a heavenly combination of coconut cream and fresh tender coconut pulp.
