The newest addition to Delhi's thriving bar scene will get a burst of giggles out of you. KHI KHI, literally translating to "giggles" in Hindi, should be on your list of bars to experience in the city. Upon entering, the colourful wall is the biggest draw of the place&ndash a trail of faces all in different stages of letting out a laugh in pop colours. Cut by the running bar in front of it, KHI KHI exudes a casual elegance that you wouldn't expect from a place named as such. 

Stirred With Satire

The menu is a different ball game with fun interpretations of old and new favourites. With 'Yes, We Have a Bellini' comprising stone fruit, allspice and prosecco, to 'Cinema Highball', a tribute to the location of KHI KHI featuring Tennessee Whisky that's butter washed and popcorn infused topped with cola. The Fair-Trade Paloma' is hyper-local and super sustainable and includes Indian citrus, ginger, and kokum salt. 'The Good Looking Spritz' with watermelon shrub guarantees an instant rise in engagement and followers. Don't miss out on 'YES Chef' coming straight from the kitchen containing whiskeyfrothy apple juice and fall spices. The contemporary cocktails from the menu are refreshing and a mix of all timeless favourites concocted with new twists.

Fit for Indian Tastes

The 'Gourmet Casual' philosophy of KHI KHI reflects in the food menu with dishes that unabashedly amalgamate flavours, textures, and food cultures from across the world. Try their signature Selum Spiced Pork Belly, Tandoori Spiced Poached Lobster Bisque Mayo and Chicken Puff from their small plates section. The medium plates include Chicken Ghee Roast with Chili Miso, Jammu Rajma Chawal Poke Bowl, and Crab Pongal with Crispy Kale, among other eccentric delicacies. Try their Fruit Cream Roll and Pista Lauj Bombolini for a sweet finish.
