Having collaborated with esteemed hotel brands like Hyatt, JW, and Taj, Chef Sankha's expertise culminated in his role as Executive Chef at Intercontinental, Chennai. Renowned for his dedication and mastery, the chef effortlessly blends flavours and techniques from around the world, transcending borders and cultures to create memorable dining experiences.
