Whether you're looking for a serene getaway in the Maldives or a stylish stay in the happening Singapore, there's a lot to be excited about, with several new properties debuting this year. From sprawling waterfront villas to an ultra-luxurious escape right in the centre of the city, these new properties check all the boxes that will make your stay an unforgettable one. Here are three brand new luxe hotels coming up this year that should be on your radar:

Raffles Sentosa Singapore

Raffles Sentosa Singapore boasts 62 villas, each with a private pool and terrace

If you are planning a holiday to Singapore and want to do things a tad bit differently, then skip the hotels in the city and choose this all-villa property instead, which will be open from March 1, 2025. Although it is located in Sentosa, which welcomes a flurry of travellers and locals alike, the 62-villa property, each with a private pool and terrace, is the perfect place to tune out and enjoy a seriously relaxing stay. Add to that Raffles' signature hospitality, which is loved for its attention to detail and personalised service, and you've found yourself in a vacationer's dream. There's more to be excited about, including its five curated restaurants, the option for private dining, and a dedicated spa program. Moreover, a stay at the property also assures access to the beautiful and calm Tajong Beach and award-winning golf courses.

Aman Nai Lert Bangkok

The property is inspired from its surrounding environment

Food, shopping, eclectic nightlife... the reasons to keep returning to the effervescent Thai capital are far too many. There's another one worth adding to the list: the launch of Aman's latest breathtaking property on April 2, 2025. And in true Aman style, this one, too, promises a completely unique and calming experience with its concept that takes a whole lot of inspiration from the brand's New York and Tokyo outposts.

The property is located in the lush and beautiful Nai Lert Park

Ensconced in the lush oasis of Nai Lert Park, the 52-suite stay presents a complete contrast to Bangkok's energy, allowing you to recentre, relax and feel rejuvenated while having full access to the city's offerings. The interior boasts Aman's signature earthy tones and textures, which function as the perfect canvas for traditional Thai elements inspired by the iconic Nai Lert Park Heritage Home, originally built in 1915. The property also houses a 1,500 sq. metre wellness and spa centre (that comes with an IVF lounge and cryotherapy chamber), an impressive line-up of dining options (including the signature Italian restaurant Arva), an infinity swimming pool, the coveted Aman lounge, and a cigar bar. But the showstopper that serves as the axis of the sprawling property is most definitely the 100-year-old Sompong tree framing the courtyard.

JW Marriott Kaafu Island Resort

The property fuses contemporary design with traditional Maldivian elements

If waking up to a view of the glittering blue ocean is your idea of a perfect holiday, then bookmark JW Marriott's recently opened property in the Maldives, located in Kaafu Atoll's largest lagoon. The property boasts 80 contemporary private pool villas, of which 47 are overwater pool villas—all designed with touches of traditional Maldivian aesthetics, such as kajan roofs. For bigger groups, the property also features a three-bedroom overwater villa that opens up to sweeping views of the Indian Ocean.

The in-house F&B offerings cover an extensive range of global cuisines and ambience. While the infinity pool bar, Wahoo, is the perfect place to catch the sunset, Nikkei is just the place to be for to taste the best of Peruvian cuisine and craft cocktails. At the other five restaurants, you can sample the best of Japanese, European and other global cuisines as well. The spa offerings at the resort are equally fantastic, with exclusive treatments using exceptional skincare, a fitness centre with all the amenities and a sweeping ocean-view, and sunrise yoga sessions.
