Quinoa and Couscous Bowl with Asparagus and Avocado

Ingredients

  • Asparagus stem - 20 gm

  • Avocados - 30 gm

  • Rocket leaf - 20 gm

  • Quinoa 50 - gm

  • Couscous - 70 gm

  • Lemon - 1 wedge

  • Honey - 10 ml

  • Seasoning - 2 gm

  • Parsley - 2 gm

  • Black pepper - 2 gm

Method

Cook the quinoa and soak the couscous in the desired time. Add lime seasoning black pepper honey in timbale format. Add the garnish of the avocado, asparagus. Serve immediately.

Ingredients

  • Quinoa - 120 gm

  • Zucchini - 50 gm

  • Avocado - 30 gm

  • Rocket leaf - 20 gm

  • Bell pepper - 10 gm

  • Olive oil - 10 ml

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Lime as required

Method

Cook the quinoa and add seasoning. Add the lime juice and other condiments. Add grilled zucchini, avocado and rocket leaf. Toss lightly an serve.
