The jeep stopped and we sat still for a moment in surprised silence. Then, as if by an unspoken command, we lifted our cameras in unison and started clicking. Two professional photographers, armed with bazooka-like lenses, noisily fired away their cameras. The four dholes, or Asian wild dogs, were so close that I didn&rsquot need any fancy lens to get clear, full-frame photographs. I was on safari with seven tourists and photographer Arati in the Bandipur Tiger Reserve, Karnataka.
