A Pan-India Extravaganza

Fans are not the only one taking advantage of this extravaganza. Dosanjh is taking this Pan-India tour as much in his stride by exploring all the cities he has been to.

When In Indore

His most recent Instagram reel shows him relishing the popular Indori poha for an early morning breakfast at Chappan Dukan. Indori poha includes steamed (and not cooked) poha served with chopped onion, sev, coriander, and jalebi on the side.

Bhutte Ka Kees

While Dosanjh restricted himself to Poha, there's more you can relish when in Indore's Chappan Dukaan. This is unique Indori specialty made from grated corn, cooked with milk and spices, and topped with fresh coriander and lemon.

Khopra Patties

This one is truly special and is a must-try in Indore. The dish includes deep-fried potato patties stuffed with a sweet and savory coconut filling, served with chutneys.

Garadu

If you want something tangy and indulgent, go for Garuda—fried yam cubes tossed in tangy masala. It is best enjoyed during the winter season.

Jaleba

For a sweet end to the food trail, try Jaleba. It is a larger, thicker, and richer version of the classic jalebi. Unlike the regular jalebi, it has a chewy interior and a crispy golden exterior.
